How much is possible

What construction companies like yours can earn.

It depends mostly on how many office and project staff you have, and how many years of records you keep.

30–49 staff$155K–$635K
50–99 staff$215K–$890K
100–249 staff$375K–$1.2M
250+ staff$540K–$1.75M

Our market estimate for a US company with 8–12 years on its tools, built from three buyers' published pricing. Staff means office and project staff. Not an offer: the buyer sets the price after review.

What's valuable, and why

What buyers pay for in construction

AI can read a contract. What it can't learn from the internet is how a job actually gets run.

RFIs and change orders

Each one is a real question, the answer and what it cost. This is how AI learns how scope changes get priced and approved.

What actually leaves your company

Your clients and team are never named.

Before anything is delivered, an independent firm swaps every name, contact detail, address and reference number for a consistent placeholder. The work stays readable. The people in it don't.

Who it's for

Construction companies with years of decisions in writing.

  • 30+ office and project staff (PMs, estimators, engineers, admin), now or at your peak
  • 3+ years on the same email and project tools
  • Jobs run in writing: RFIs, email, Procore, daily reports
  • Your own records, kept separate from homeowners' personal files
  • US or UK, mostly in English

Field crews don't count toward size, and don't need to. Operating, winding down or closed: all can qualify.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

Do field crews count toward the 30 staff?

No. Buyers count office and project staff: project managers, estimators, engineers, schedulers and admin. A firm with 200 people in the field and 35 in the office qualifies.

Will owners, clients or homeowners be named?

No. Names, addresses, phone numbers and emails are replaced with placeholders before anything is delivered, and you approve a sample of your own records first.

What about drawings we don't own?

Architects' and engineers' drawings, and anything under a client confidentiality clause, are left out unless you own them.

What does it cost?

Nothing upfront. If a deal completes, you pay our success fee, agreed in writing under a mutual NDA before any introduction. No deal, no fee.
